Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) She is an English musician and singer. Ellie Goulding's enthralling electronic style rapidly pushed her into the top charts once she drew the attention of the public in 2010. She was able to accomplish this through the singles "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses". Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a distinctive soprano scream and a knack for writing emotional songs with inspiring lyrics. Like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she's on the cutting edge of modern mainstream pop and the artful independent music. Polydor Records signed her to a record label deal and she began preparing for the launch of her debut album.
